  1. Things to think about to locs or not to locs????

Conserdering Sisterlocs, Interlocking, or Traditional locs?
Questions i ask my potentail clients.

Locs are a personal matter for each individual, a commitment, a permanent hair style and you dont wont to rush in to with out all the facts. ask your self is it for your soul or vanity?

    1) Locs do not form over night.
it takes time insome cases up to two years and may be more around the hair line or the nape area and also depending on the texture of the hair and density.

  2. 2) EXPENSES,.
Keeping hair well groomed and visiting your natural hair stylist or loctician regulary can make all the difference in the condition and look of your hair.
Try to have a trim and a deep conditioning treatment with one of these services as regular as possible.
cornrow styles must be re-done every 2nd week.
twisted hair style can last up to 4 weeks.
    locs re-touchels must be re-done every 4 - 6 weeks.

  4. 3) If you have naturaly flacky scalp.
Before your loctician starts to install your locs.
I recommend that you have a few scalp treatments from a tricologist. Noon Etienne salon tel.07985306900 is great at this let her know i sent you.
Their are also products available that you can buy to stop or control this problem.

  5. Consultation

Take a picture to your loctician so she will understand the overal look that you have desired, you will now be able to discuss the size for your hair densty or hair texture.
Once the size is formed, there's no going back unless you want to start all over again.
